We set up Rubikon ERP, connect EFRIS and mobile money, move your items, recipes, customers, suppliers and opening balances, and train key users.
Both systems run for a month. Stock and accounts are checked against each other every week. Nothing is switched off yet.
At a month end, ideally your SAP renewal date or 1 July. SAP becomes read-only for history and audits. 60 days of close support.

The software has no licence fee. You pay for the work: setting it up for your company, moving your data from SAP, connecting EFRIS and mobile money, training, hosting, backups, updates and support.
Your data is yours and exports at any time. ERPNext is open source, so another partner can run it for you. You are never locked in.
Yes. SAP keeps running until cutover, and stays read-only afterwards for history and audits.
A validation package is available for GMP-regulated manufacturers. We plan it with you during discovery, for batch and quality records.
